What is the difference between classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions?
Classic applies one extension per natural lash — clean and defined. Hybrid blends classic and volume for added dimension. Volume uses lightweight multi-extension fans per lash for maximum fullness. Your artist will recommend the right style during your consultation.
What is a Korean lash lift and how is it different from a standard lash lift?
A Korean lash lift boosts and curls natural lashes from the root using nourishing formulas that condition while they process, unlike standard lifts, which focus on curl alone. Results last 6–8 weeks.
How should I prepare for my lash extension appointment?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or oily products. Avoid curling your natural lashes beforehand. Your booking confirmation will include any additional preparation steps.
Is brow tattooing painful?

How long do brow, lip, and eyeliner tattoo results last?
Brow tattoo lasts 1–3 years. Lip blush lasts 2–3 years. Eyeliner longevity depends on placement, skin type, and aftercare — confirmed at your consultation. Touch-ups are recommended for all three services.
Who is the lash certification training program designed for?

What does the lash training certification from Arch & Elevate include?
Theory, AHS sanitation protocols, product knowledge, and client consultation — followed by hands-on practice on mannequin heads and live models. Certification is issued upon demonstrated proficiency. Post-training mentorship is included.
Do I need to do anything special after a facial or microneedling treatment?
Post-treatment care instructions are reviewed at every appointment. For microneedling, avoid direct sun exposure, active skincare ingredients, and heavy makeup for the recommended period following treatment. Contact us if you have questions between visits.
