Where It All Started
Susan Hua began her lash career in 2016, building her craft under a different name before founding Arch & Elevate, a studio designed from the ground up to reflect her vision of what a beauty experience should feel like. Every detail, from the studio environment to the service menu, was built with intention.
The team that grew around that vision shares the same commitment. Collectively, the artists at Arch & Elevate bring close to 30 years of hands-on beauty industry experience to their work, a depth of skill that shows in every set, every session, and every client relationship built inside these walls.
The goal has never changed: to be Edmonton's most trusted, most skilled, and most welcoming beauty studio. A place where clients don't just get results, they feel at home.
Susan, Founder
Multi-certified Artist, Susan discovered her passion at just 16 she began her career as a hairstylist. Over the years, she mastered the art of lash extensions and Permanent Make-Up. Her focus is on enhancing natural beauty and making clients happy.
Outside of the salon, Susan is a proud mother of two boys and twin boys—her inspiration for creating a space filled with soft, feminine energy. Opening Arch & Elevate wasn’t just about building a business—it was about building a community. Every client who walks through the doors is more than just an appointment; they’re part of the Arch & Elevate family. Her goal is always to provide a luxury experience, and a community to empower and educate people.

Linda, Senior Lash Artist
Known for her ability to connect with everyone, she takes pride in making clients feel comfortable and at ease — often turning a quiet first appointment into a relaxed conversation. With strong work ethic and dedication, she isn’t afraid of long days when it means delivering results her clients love.
Outside of the salon, fitness and health are top priorities. You’ll often find her at the gym, outdoors with her dogs, or cooking up creative, protein-packed meals at home. And when it’s time to unwind, coffee, tea, or martinis with friends are her go-to.
Jenn, Brow and Lift Specialist
A dedicated brow and beauty artist whose passion lies in empowering women by enhancing their natural features. Clients appreciate her ability to create a comfortable, structured experience while still bringing warmth and care to every service.
Outside the salon, Jenn loves spending time with her puppy Benji, exploring new places beyond Edmonton, and indulging in a good reality TV show. She enjoys starting her mornings with tea, switching to coffee in the afternoon — the perfect balance to fuel her busy days.
Evalynn, Lash Artist
Meet Evalynn, a passionate beauty professional excited to learn and grow within the industry. Joining Arch & Elevate gives her the opportunity to refine her skills, expand her knowledge, and continue building a career she truly loves.
Outside of the salon, Evalynn enjoys content creation, especially editing videos such as GRWMs and vlogs. She’s fueled by iced coffee or tea.
Lisa, Licensed Esthetician
Lisa’s personal experience with skin challenges led her to pursue skincare and advanced treatments. She is dedicated to empowering her clients by helping them achieve healthy, glowing skin and boosting their confidence.
Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time with family and friends and discovering new eateries around the city.
Serena, Nail Artist
Serena is a passionate nail artist with over 3 years of experience and specializing in gel builder
She is known for being easy to connect with, patient, and always excited to try new creative ideas. Serena enjoys creating customized nail designs that reflect each client’s style.
Outside of the studio, she loves spending time with friends at raves, snowboarding, coffee dates, and relaxing with tea while reading or meditating. Serena’s long-term goal is to build a steady business and eventually open a space of her own while continuing to learn and grow alongside others in the beauty industry
